This 2007 Gulf Stream Gulf Breeze 28RBG travel trailer is unique in its livability, bedroom privacy, and large amounts of storage inside and out.
Besides the many standard features, it has a microwave oven, CD player, awning topper on the slide, and safety glass.
Plus it has brand new tires and
has always been very careful treated and stored covered. All original paperwork and manuals are included. To download a PDF (2.4mb) of the manufacturer’s brochure, click here.
Once set-up, this unit has the livability of an efficiency apartment allowing for pleasant long-term stays. The bedroom wall lets someone sleep or watch TV
privately while someone else is up using the kitchen, showering, eating, exercising, watching a different TV channel, etc. Rainy day? No problem
as there's plenty of space to do individual things without intruding into another's space. Long-term adventures are supported by plenty of storage space
highlighted by the rear garage area for bigger items like a ladder, bats, rackets, winter wear, snow shoes, etc.
By using the jack knife couch and dinette, the unit can sleep up to six.
As to value, if you will go to the NADA site (click here) and add the options:
Microwave Oven, AM/FM/CD Stereo, Awning For Slide-Out (Coach), and Storm Windows (in place of safety glass, which isn't listed),
you will see Average Retail of $14,260. However, this unit is in excellent condition (except the awning fabric needs replacing, cost $180),
but for a quick sale, it is priced at $13,500.
The trailer is located in the Wet Mountain Valley about 45 miles W of Pueblo or 70 miles SSW of Colorado Springs.
Detailed instructions will be made available after an exchange of emails—contact Ed Stewart <redbirds11@skymtn.com>.

Note the slide's A&E awning topper cover which is important in keeping tree debris, like pinecones, from becoming jammed into the top gasket when the slide is closed.

Near the back bummer is the dual fuel (gas & electric) water heater which allows use of the electricity included in the campground fee
rather than propane that is purchased separately.

A really unique feature is the garage storage with the large overhead door that provides weather protection or shade while accessing items.
Nearly 8' in width and 18" in depth it easily handles folding ladders, skies, extra hanging clothes, containers, etc.
The spare tire is carried in the garage which keeps it out of the damaging sunlight.

Street side access door to the front pass through storage, where the lights on both sides can be seen along with finished floor and sides. Curb side view is below.
The blue coiled tube in the pass through is the spray hose that connects near the city water port can be used for cleaning the trailer or as an outside shower.

Another unique storage feature is this one that makes use of space under the bathroom wardrobe.
Also in this view, are the connections for water, spray hose, cable TV, and electricity.

This is the view as you enter the unit, note the dinette's dual pedestal table, which does not have to be stowed away when traveling.

This is the view from the entrance side dinette seat with the slide retracted, but still allows full access to the bathroom when making rest stop.
In times of violent winds, the unit is very livable with the slide retracted.
Below is the same view with the slide extended--note the open feel with this additional floor space which is important during longer stays.
